    This service is suited to organisations experiencing staff shortages, unplanned absence, periods of transition, or increased demand, and who need a trusted professional to step into an active role within their team.

    This support may include:

    • Interim leadership.

    • Deputy roles and senior operational support

    • Frontline delivery where appropriate

    • Supervision and coordination of staff or volunteers

    • Safeguarding, referrals, and crisis response support

    • Maintaining service continuity during periods of change

    Unlike the Community & Charity Support offer, this work involves direct delivery and responsibility within your organisation, on a time-limited basis.
